Your main tasks in this role are:

• As a Marketing Manager at ALDI Süd, you will play a key role in driving and managing international procurement activities with a focus on marketing and related services
• You'll own and manage global procurement initiatives specifically related to marketing services such as agencies, artwork, print products, marketing research, consultants, advertising, digital marketing services, media buying, and other marketing-related procurements
• You'll develop and implement strategies to optimize international procurement processes and leading international tenders across all ALDI SÜD countries within the marketing domain
• In Addition, you'll lead strategic marketing procurement projects with regular engagement with Senior Management, including conducting financial analysis, cost estimation, and budget development to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• As part of you, role you'll collaborate closely with international suppliers and stakeholders across all ALDI SÜD countries, maintaining accurate procurement records, ensuring data integrity across systems, and fostering strong supplier relationships in marketing services
• You'll be responsible for leading, training, and developing a diverse team within ALDI Süd Holding, driving excellence in marketing procurement
• You'll coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives aimed at optimizing marketing procurement in a dynamic international environment, with a willingness to travel as required

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

• You have several years of professional experience in the procurement of marketing-related services and products
• You possess extensive experience in international strategic sourcing projects and contract negotiations
• You have hands-on experience with tendering and contracting processes, ideally using SAP Ariba and/or SAP HANA systems
• You are fluent in English (C1 level) and ideally have knowledge of German
• You demonstrate strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop and motivate teams
• You exhibit strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, effective decision-making, and negotiation skills
• You are capable of presenting and leading key procurement concepts to senior management to drive cost savings and strategic initiatives
• You excel in communication and influencing, supported by a high level of assertiveness
• You maintain a proactive, structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, complemented by excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and are willing to travel as needed

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 104.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
