This position is in the Global Products Group, dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of Lam's etch and deposition products. We drive innovation to solve semiconductor industry challenges.
The impact you'll make
- Oversees technical support for customers via engineers, technicians, and specialists
- Establishes communication with design engineering and software development
- Manages personnel for efficient operation
What you'll do
- Define and execute global product support strategies
- Ensure readiness for product launches
- Drive standardization of support processes
- Lead activities across product lifecycle
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Define and track KPIs
- Analyze performance data
- Lead and develop global team
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
- 10-15 years in product support/engineering
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor equipment experience
- Understanding of product development processes
- Six Sigma certification
What we're offering
Subject to Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Metal Technology Industry, occupation group H. Higher payment negotiable based on qualifications. Monthly salary paid 14 times per year.
