Your role

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for high-voltage GaN products: Define and implement effective product marketing strategies to position our high-voltage GaN portfolio for long-term growth and market leadership
• Drive lead customer engagement and go-to-market activities: Partner closely with strategic customers and internal teams to accelerate adoption, strengthen the opportunity pipeline, and expand market penetration
• Shape and manage the HV GaN product roadmap: Define and continuously evolve the product roadmap to future-proof the portfolio and ensure alignment with emerging market needs and technology trends
• Guide product development from a market perspective: Support development programs as the marketing expert by providing competitive insights, scenario planning, and business case analysis
• Build strong cross-functional relationships: Establish trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across international Marketing & Sales, Technical Marketing, System Engineering, and Program Management

Your profile

A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or related field, ideally combined with additional education in business management, marketing, or strategy. 6+ years of relevant professional experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within the semiconductor industry. Strong marketing capabilities with ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions. Collaborative mindset willing to work in cross-cultural, globally distributed organization. Excellent English communication skills.

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on performance, experience and qualification. Employment in accordance with collective salary and wage agreement for employees of electrical and electronics industry, employment group I. Monthly salary paid 14 times p.a. Higher compensation depending on expertise and skills.
