Shape the future of taste on a global scale. As our Global Flavor Portfolio Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind our international flavor ecosystem. You'll drive harmonization across our global supply chain, leverage cutting-edge portfolio systems, and bridge the gap between innovation, procurement, and new product development.

What You'll Do

• Drive Strategic Vision: Build a harmonized, transparent global flavor portfolio that scales seamlessly across international markets.
• Influence & Stakeholder Leadership: Partner directly with global leaders, leveraging influence, relationship building, and strategic communication to align stakeholders.
• Project Management: Strong project management capabilities including governance, risk management, and execution of complex cross-functional programs.
• Flavor Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of flavor development, supplier networks, sensory evaluation, and emerging market trends.
• Flavor Lifecycle Management: Establish governance frameworks to oversee the entire flavor journey from creation to optimization.
• Implement Flavor Library Structure: Curate and optimize global flavor libraries to accelerate New Product Development.
• Digital Transformation: Serve as Global Process Owner for Flavors with core enterprise tools (e.g., SAP PLM).
• Track & Optimize Success: Define and monitor Global Flavor portfolio KPIs.

What You'll Bring

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Flavor Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Industry Experience: 6+ years of proven impact within the food, beverage, or flavor industry.
• Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience in flavor sourcing, sensory science, or enterprise portfolio management.
• Systems Leadership: Strong technical aptitude with enterprise PLM/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP).
• Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to manage complex global projects and collaborate across teams.
• Global Mindset: Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
