The impact you'll make

As a Logistics Analyst at Lam, you'll orchestrate and streamline material flow, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role encompasses a broad set of responsibilities, including supply chain services, inventory control, and ensuring critical parts availability through enterprise warehouse and inventory systems. Your skilled analysis will support production planning and volume studies. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing Lam's logistics plans for seamless operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics and shipment processes
• Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse operations
• Analyze operational data, perform root cause analysis, and support reporting and KPI tracking
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation standards, including communication with foreign entities and logistics companies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Act as key contact between internal teams, clients, and logistics service providers

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Commerce or other relevant discipline
• 2+ years relevant work experience in logistics and warehouse operations including material handling and inventory control
• 1+ year of experience in a semiconductor's work environment
• Experience in international environments and cross-functional roles preferred
• Excellent command of MS Office tools, Power BI and SAP
• Solid communication skills in English, German and French. Any other languages would be an asset

What We're Offering

This position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group F depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
