?Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator (Remote, Austria) (m/f/d)
Location: 100% Remote - Austria
Salary: €3,000 - €3,500 gross/month
Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term (1-3 months) with potential for permanent hire
The Role

  • We are looking for a proactive Administrative / Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflows within our growing team. This is a fully remote position within Austria. The role starts as a fixed-term contract (1-3 months) with the strong possibility of permanent employment based on performance.
  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems and databases
  • Support the Chief Administrative Officer in daily tasks
  • Communicate with internal and international teams
  • Manage emails and digital correspondence
  • Create, format, and edit documents and presentations
  • Prioritize tasks and assist with ongoing projects
  • Ensure efficient and smooth administrative processes

What We Offer:

  • Remote Work: 100% remote (residence in Austria required)
  • Flexible Hours: 7 hours/day (flexible between 10:00 and 18:00)
  • Salary: €3,000 - €3,500 gross/month, depending on experience
  • Contract: Fixed-term (1-3 months) with strong potential for permanent hire
  • Equipment: Own laptop and stable internet connection required
  • Communication: Mainly via email and WhatsApp

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, personal assistance, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with digital tools, MS Office, and online collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
