Your Role

  • Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for critical production applications
  • Execute routine system maintenance, patching, and health checks to ensure optimal performance
  • Document incident findings, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution and operations teams to ensure seamless application integration and stability
  • Support global operations via a 24/7 rotational on-call schedule

Your Profile

  • A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Database
  • Expertise in Linux operating system
  • Advanced analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Proficient in programming, Python preferred
  • Very good English skills

We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.775,27 (link). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
