Your Role
Our Villach team is looking for an experienced technology developer with a strong drive to lead a cross-functional project team in a multi-site environment.
- Lead technology development and innovation projects in the field of Power MOSFETs with significant impact on Infineon\'s future technologies
- Drive innovation from device concept definition and process flow development through validation to mass production release
- Take ownership of designing novel device and process concepts, including cost estimations and decision-making matrices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and evaluate cleanroom experiments
- Lead reliability investigations, electrical characterization, and application testing to validate product performance and robustness
- Ensure process stability, high quality standards, and cost optimization of manufacturing flows for successful mass production release
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- University degree (Master\'s or PhD) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor device engineering and process integration
- Proven track record in managing technology development projects; Project Management certification is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching and decision-making
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are considered a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group I. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
