During the 3-year apprenticeship you will gain insights into various departments of the garden center (plants, motorics, fences, summer furniture, irrigation systems, etc.). You will learn to competently advise customers, present assortments and promotions attractively, and independently order goods from suppliers. In the final year you will deepen your knowledge in marketing and sales and gradually take on more responsibility.
