Senior Staff Concept Engineer Technology Development for E-mobility

You will be part of a team of technical experts driving the development of advanced SiC and Si technologies across various Infineon sites. In this role, you will shape the future of electro-mobility by defining technical directions and driving innovation for next-generation automotive power SiC MOSFET technologies, with a strong focus on device architecture and technology concepts.

Derive power device specifications from marketing requirements Define and verify the layout of the device ensuring compatibility with the production process flow Ensure robust production by planning and running experiments using DOE methodologies Perform statistical analyses and translate results into clear, actionable conclusions Lead root-cause investigations and drive the resolution of critical technology, yield, reliability, and stability challenges Mentor and develop engineers across the organization, acting as a technical coach and role model Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Automotive and other Infineon divisions to align development activities and achieve project goals
