Your role

- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business process management, or similar role
- Ability to translate business requirements into processes, governance frameworks, data insights and management-ready communication
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, presentation and storytelling skills
- Analytical, structured and execution-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM, process deployment, reporting, and digitalization initiatives
- Fluent in English (German beneficial)
For Villach: Employment in accordance with collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G. Monthly salary paid 14 times p.a. Compensation varies based on expertise and skills.
