Software Technical Lead Engineer

Responsible for development and maintenance of control systems software for semiconductor wafer fab equipment's manufactured by Lam. Leads, mentors and drives projects involving multiple developers. Handles critical customer issues, performs software requirement gathering, design, development and testing for wafer fabrication equipment. Analyzes and troubleshoots software/hardware communication issues. Contributes to technical reviews, guides junior engineers, and plans software development activities. Requires experience in C/C++/C#/Python, RTOS, semiconductor equipment manufacturing, distributed systems, ControlWORKS framework, Visual Studio, factory automation, and protocols like serial, MODBUS, EtherCat.
