...then you’re exactly who we’re looking for! As a technical troubleshooter, you will travel across Europe, optimize wireless connections in complex environments and support our sales team at international trade shows several times a year.
With your expertise and hands-on approach, you will become the essential connection between product and customer – pragmatic, solution-oriented and always ready for the next challenge, in true MacGyver fashion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving during exciting international on-site assignments with customers
- Conducting wireless measurements in the 2.4 GHz range and optimizing existing wireless installations
- Training and supporting customers throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Providing technical assistance to the sales team at international trade shows and advising on product details
SKILLSET
- A completed education in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field is preferred
- Solid knowledge of RF/wireless technologies (2.4 GHz), supported by initial professional experience in radio or network technology
- Familiarity with Zigbee, Bluetooth, and modern Wi-Fi technologies is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- A solution-oriented mindset and willingness to travel up to 50% (Monday–Friday)

MINIMUM SALARY
EUR 4200 gross / month (on a full-time basis)
YOUR POSSIBLE SALERY
The salary is between EUR 4200 and EUR 4800 gross / month (on a full-time basis), depending on qualifications and professional experience.
