Your Responsibilities

• Feasibility & Site Assessment: Technical and economic evaluation of potential sites for battery storage projects including grid connection analysis, land availability, and regulatory framework.
• Project Development & Conception: Development of project concepts and implementation strategies for battery storage projects in industry, commerce, and real estate - from initial idea to permit-ready planning.
• Project Realization: Coordination and supervision of project implementation from permitting through planning to commissioning - in close collaboration with planning partners, authorities, suppliers, and customers.
• Pilot Projects: Conception and implementation of innovative pilot projects with battery storage in properties - as blueprints for scalable B2B solutions.
• Strategic Alliances: Expansion of existing and establishment of new viable partnerships with customers, project developers, investors, technology providers, and service providers.

Your Qualifications

• Completed education in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or industrial engineering, preferably with professional experience in project development, plant construction, energy, and/or real estate management.
• Solid understanding of electrical and construction engineering - preferably with knowledge of grid connection, medium- and low-voltage systems, building technology, and permitting procedures.
• Entrepreneurial spirit & innovative drive: Enthusiasm for an autonomous energy future and the realization of innovative business models, especially in the exciting field of energy economics.
• Team player with passion: Team spirit and communication skills as well as a confident appearance to successfully guide projects together with us and our project partners to the finish line.
• Basics: Excellent MS Office skills, experience with planning software and AI tools, German language skills at C1 level and good English skills.
