Your role

• Design of analog/mixed signal blocks, responsibility for top level functionality
• Document and present in detail the performance of your design, according to product requirements
• Support pre-Silicon verification and layout of the block level, according to the design flow
• Be involved in measurement and debug of first silicon, support other functions until volume production
• Design support for products in development and production

Your profile

• Master degree in Microelectronics or similar field of studies
• Solid knowledge of device physics
• Good communication skills in English
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in analog IC design, including familiarity with the IC design flow is considered an advantage
• Experience with lab bench measurements and test equipment is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of analog layout principles and a good understanding of circuit parasitics and their impact on performance would be beneficial

We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.888,53 (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
