We, the IT department of REWE Group Austria, represent innovation and state-of-the-art IT solutions in retail with over 700 employees – both nationally and internationally. Together, we develop IT products and services that enrich the everyday lives of our customers and partners. In your role as Product Owner in the CRM Services product family, you will lead your team both in terms of discipline and content, and you will be in close contact with the other product teams and business departments. You are responsible for your product (product mission, goals, results, roadmap, budget, team staffing) and serve as the primary contact for the business while managing stakeholder relations. You understand what will drive us forward together tomorrow and develop (technological) solutions based on our business models to improve them.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • As a Product Owner (PO), you carry overall responsibility for your product team and your products in the CRM Services product family (budget, employee management, end-to-end product responsibility including operations).
  • You shape the product vision and the product roadmap together with your team and your stakeholders.
  • You know the technical and professional scope for the (further) development of your product.
  • You advise and support Business / IT departments and their requirements, in the design and further development of your applications and systems, in the context of Customer Loyalty
  • You are the primary contact for key users from the business departments, IT colleagues, and IT partners regarding all topics related to your product.
  • You promote an open feedback culture and a forward-looking error culture.
  • In the PO team, you support the continuous development of the CRM Services product family and coordinate across clusters and IT.

Qualifikationen

  • You have solid IT knowledge and/or a relevant IT education, and you already have professional experience in coordination, leading complex projects and /or employee management.
  • You are characterized by excellent communication skills, high social competence and authenticity.
  • A quick understanding combined with strategic thinking and moderation skills enables you to effectively transfer business requirements into IT requirements and vice versa.
  • Experience with modern working methods (agile, lean, etc.) as well as methodological competence.
  • Experience of working in an international environment and dealing with international stakeholders
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, loyalty processes and communication for marketing purposes rounds off your profile.
  • You are an organizational talent and a team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • You are proficient in both spoken and written English (knowledge of any other language is always a plus).
