Internship - High Speed and RF LAB Validation Engineer

Join Infineon as a student intern in Villach, Austria, and contribute to cutting-edge semiconductor validation processes. This role is ideal for students pursuing technical studies in electronic engineering.

• Mixed-Signal and RF Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with High-Speed, RF, mmWave, and Integrated Circuits.
• High-Speed and RF Measurements: Develop expertise in PLLs, Data Communication (Jitter, Eye Diagrams, BERT), and advanced RF/mmWave equipment.
• Data Processing Applications: Acquire skills in digital communication and radar data processing.
• Practical Validation Experience: Participate in validation, debugging, and PCB design for product measurements.
• Comprehensive Validation Flow: Learn measurement setup definition, automation, and data analysis.

Your Profile:

• Pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
• Strong mathematical and circuit analysis skills (FFT, algorithms, digital filtering).
• Proficiency in Matlab and programming.
• Familiarity with Oscilloscopes, Signal Spectrum Analyzers, and Vector Network Analyzers.
• Knowledge of Oscillators, PLLs, Transceivers, RF/mmWave Blocks, and RADAR hardware.
• Interest in data processing for digital communication and radar applications.
• Good English skills and structured work approach.

Duration: Minimum 12 months (part-time or full-time, flexible hours Mon-Fri 6 a.m.-7 p.m.).
