Senior Project Manager

For its real estate development activities in Bratislava, we are currently looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager who is eager to take ownership of complex residential projects and contribute to the successful growth of the development portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for real estate development projects from initial preparation through to final approval and occupancy permit
• Preparation of project concepts, profitability analyses, forecasts and cost budget
• Coordination and supervision of all project activities across all development phases
• Oversight of project execution, including engineering activities and technical construction supervision
• Communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders, authorities and institutions
• Optimization of processes throughout project planning and execution
• Preparation of documentation for tender procedures and selection of external and contractual partners
• Cost monitoring and budget control
• Management of contractual relationships related to development activities
• Close coordination with construction management and internal directorates
• Coordination of sales activities with internal sales teams and external brokers
• Management of complaints, claims, handover and acceptance of apartments and other premises
• Control and supervision of external contractual partners
• Leadership and responsibility for the assigned team of technicians
• Execution of additional administrative tasks as assigned by management

Your Profile:

• Completed university degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related technical field
• Professional experience as a project manager in real estate development
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market environment
• Proven ability to independently manage development projects and budgets
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail and decision-making capability
• Fluency in Slovak; German or English language skills are an advantage
• Category B driving license
