What you'll do
- Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation in support of complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems
- Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products
- Conceives and plans projects involving definition and selection of new concepts/approaches
- Compiles and evaluates test data to determine process specifications
- Supports customer technology managers in planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Drives adoption of new technology at customer sites through demos and evaluations
- Works with cross-functional teams to understand roadmaps and business challenges
- Contributes to product development and release activities
- Acts as single point of contact for process-related requests
Who we're looking for
- Ph.D./MA in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics
- 8-10 years relevant semiconductor process engineering experience
- Familiarity with chemical laboratory work and surface preparation
- Strong SPC/DOE knowledge
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
What We're Offering
Subject to Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Metal Technology Industry, occupation group H. Higher payment negotiable based on qualifications. Monthly salary paid 14 times per year.
