From the Austrian branch, it serves the whole of Eastern Europe. We are looking for a committed personality for the location in Budapest.

Your tasks:

• Technical advice and cross-selling to the customers across the entire portfolio
• Processing of incoming customer inquiries, with a customer base in Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria
• Creation and follow-up of quotations
• Technical support for the external staff in Hungary
• Order entry and processing using SAP
• Administrative handling of complaints (credit notes, corrections, etc.)
• Ensuring data quality (CRM, SAP)

Your profile:

• Completed technical education with commercial experience or commercial education with very good level of technical understanding
• Professional experience in technical customer consulting and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales
• Enjoyment of active sales
• Experience in the field of gas and liquid control technology is an advantage
• Flexible, independent and customer-orientated way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Fluent Hungarian and English proficiency are a must; German is a plus
• Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel); experience with SAP and CRM is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
