Your role
- Develop and optimize simulation methodologies for semiconductor devices, circuits, and Intermediate Bus Converters
- Perform electrical, thermal, electromagnetic, and reliability simulations using industry-standard EDA tools
- Analyze simulation results and correlate them with measurement and hardware data
- Automate simulation workflows using scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB
- Collaborate with design engineers, process engineers, and system architects
- Develop documentation, guidelines, and best practices for simulation and methodology usage
Your profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Informatics, or Physics
- Strong industry experience in power solutions and power modules
- Knowledge in magnetics design, EMI, thermal design, and power electronics
- Proficiency with semiconductor simulation tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens EDA, ANSYS)
- Programming and automation experience using Python, MATLAB, TCL, or Perl
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and solid teamwork abilities
