In dieser Praktikumsstelle unterstützen Sie das Experimentmanagementsystem CDM durch Qualitätssicherung, Wissensmanagement und Benutzersupport. Sie werden an der Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien und der Datenanalyse mitwirken. Flexibles Arbeiten in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld wird angeboten.

Location: Villach, Austria

Duration: Minimum 12 months

Employment Type: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours Mon-Fri 6 a.m.-7 p.m.)

Your Role

  • Quality Assurance: Implementation and documentation of software tests
  • Knowledge Management: Support for wiki maintenance and design
  • User Support: Assistance with user requests
  • Training and Content Development: Contribution to creation of videos and training materials
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Assistance with data analyses and creation of reports

Your Profile

  • Student in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Economics or similar
  • Technical Skills: MS Office, e-learning modules, software demos, screen recordings, programming (AI/Python advantage)
  • Organizational Skills: Structured topic preparation, service-oriented, curious, team collaboration
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German required
