The impact you'll make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for strategic initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Lead projects related to solve complex business problems
• Build solutions that improve business processes and support critical strategies
• Provide actionable insights for management through data collection and analysis
• Develop and deliver clear communications for leadership teams and stakeholders
• Ensure execution, manage risks, and assure adherence to schedules and performance
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes
• Run change management and support proper project closure

Who we're looking for

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years; or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of related experience in project or program management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support

Preferred Qualifications:
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2)

What we're offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G, depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
