Your Tasks

Technical development & architecture

Develop high-quality (front-end and) back-end components in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Actively involved in the design and further development of scalable software architectures
Responsible for clean, maintainable code and the use of modern software design patterns

Cloud & infrastructure

Work intensively with AWS cloud infrastructures, designing and optimizing them for sustainability
Design and improve infrastructure as code (IaC) and use DevOps approaches

Automation & CI/CD

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation-driven deployments, and integrative testing processes
Support development of a stable, scalable development and release pipeline

Artificial Intelligence & Innovation

Contribute experience in developing AI-based solutions and use modern ML libraries
Work on innovative features and integrate intelligent components into products

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with product owners, designers, and developers
Mentor colleagues and contribute to team development
Participate in agile processes (Scrum, Kanban)

Your Qualifications

Technical qualifications

Several years of professional experience as a full-stack developer, ideally senior level
Very good knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructures
In-depth understanding of software architecture, DevOps, and modern tools
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment
Experience integrating AI/ML solutions

Desirable additional skills

Modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Relational and NoSQL databases
Structured, independent working style

Personal skills

Analytical strength, problem-solving, quality commitment
Team player with communication skills
Willingness to learn and passion for technology

Language skills

Good written and spoken German and English

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 45.000,00 (inkl. 13. und 14. Monatsgehalt) sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
