Join Infineon's Power Systems division in Austria as a Senior Staff Engineer Module Design. You will specialize in designing Intermediate Bus Converter (IBC) power modules, optimizing magnetics, thermal, and EMI aspects, and supporting customers with technical needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and optimize magnetics, thermal, and EMI aspects of power systems for Intermediate Bus Converters
- Engage in analog/digital circuit design, loop compensation, and current sharing
- Develop data center power systems addressing fast transient loads and bi-directional power
- Work with I2C/PMBus and processor protocols
- Utilize Matlab, Simulink, C++, Python, and other tools for design and analysis
- Create schematics and review PCB layouts
- Develop manufacturing test metrics
Your profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Informatics or Physics
- 6+ years industry experience in power solutions
- Proficiency in magnetics design, EMI, thermal design, and power electronics
- Expert knowledge in circuit simulation and PDN analysis
- Strong skills in Matlab, Simulink, C++, Python, and schematic capture tools
We offer competitive salaries based on performance, experience, and qualification, in accordance with the collective salary agreement for the electrical and electronics industry (group H). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
