Product Innovation Lead (m/f/d)

They want to streamline their entire digital ecosystem—apps, portals, and UX—at a velocity that makes competitors dizzy.

The Mission:

This is a role for a disruptor who prefers building to meeting. You will work across digital products to identify friction points and leapfrog them using modern tools.

• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-driven tools and low-code environments to build "smoke tests" and functional prototypes in days.
• High-Velocity Change: Drive the "What" and the "Why" of new features, ensuring digital portals stay years ahead of the market.
• Risk-Taking: You have a license to experiment. Fast failures lead to breakthrough successes.
• Engineering Handover: Once you’ve proven a feature works via prototype, you will collaborate with Engineering to bring it to life at scale.

Who You Are

• Startup DNA: You likely come from an elite startup, a delivery tech giant, or a high-growth scale-up environment.
• Tech-Fluent & Geeky: You are comfortable using LLMs, AI automation, and modern tech stacks to validate ideas quickly.
• Industry Agnostic: Experience in finance is not required. We value your ability to move fast and think differently over banking tradition.
• Action-Oriented: You measure your success by deployments and user impact, not by the length of your slide decks.
