Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and tackle exciting challenges in the world of network operations? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Component Lead to join our NOC Green Team. As the Component Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 members offering Level 2 support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and making a real impact on our network infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills, as well as a commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Network Operations Center or similar environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Additional languages such as Italian, Lithuanian, Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian, Bulgarian, Romanian, or Croatian are a plus.
- Excellent Network-Skills (certified)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM-Tools
- Lead and manage the NOC Green Team, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- Oversee the daily activities of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks related to inventory & monitoring of network devices.
