Your Role

  • Define technical specifications from customer insights and market trends
  • Validate products through hands-on hardware design and testing
  • Create technical content for global stakeholders
  • Consult customers as a trusted technical advisor

Your Profile

  • Education: Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in semiconductor/power electronics
  • Expertise in Si/SiC technologies and power applications (PV, EV, UPS, ESS, AI)
  • Hands-on lab experience with simulations and characterization
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset driving technical excellence

This position follows the Austrian collective agreement for electrical/electronics industry (group H). Monthly salary paid 14 times per year, negotiable based on skills. Additional employee benefits available.
