Customer Service Coordinator (Sofia/Bulgaria)
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. This position involves managing inquiries, complaints, and overall customer support activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Creating quotation for the customer (SAP) Proactive/systematic follow up on quotations to get the business (Phone, Email, Salesforce) Sales Order Entry and sales order confirmation to the customer (SAP) Sales order backlog monitoring and expediting according to delivery promise (SAP, Power BI) Communicating with internal stakeholders (Global Quotation Support, Global Order Operations, Operative purchasing, Trade compliance, Logistics, etc.) with Salesforce Customer Workflow Tool via Tickets (Salesforce) Material extensions (Salesforce) Sales order expediting (Salesforce) Sales order cancellation/change (Salesforce, SAP) Handling the return process (Salesforce, SAP) Handling the claim process (Salesforce, SAP) Creating and sending invoices to the customer (SAP) Handling of consignment agreements (Consignment fill ups and invoices, SAP) Meeting KPI requirements set by management (i.e. orders received, net sales, quotation response time, quotation hit rate, late sales order backlog percentage) Working closely together with local experts from the Market Area (Sales) and product specialists to meet and exceed customer expectations
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education/Training: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
3+ years in customer relationship management
Experience in SAP and CRM tools mandatorySkills:
- Keeping customer in focus all time and being enthusiastic/motivated to speak with the customer in order to support them
- Strong communication skills
- Balancing sales focused customer communication and company rules
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Salesforce (welcomed)
- Computer skills are essential
- Team player
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language company
- Must be able to set priorities and finish tasks in time
- Bulgarian language as native, fluent English speaker (B1/B2)
- Experience with different Logistic Service Provider (DHL, DSV etc) welcomed
- Knowing basics about customs clearance beneficial
Travel:
Up to 10% travel may be required based on site account managers' schedules.
