How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You'll lead international projects and mentor international stakeholders within the newly established Global Process Owner (GPO) team for Accounting processes, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- You'll define best practices for global accounting processes and evolve existing processes in line with ALDIs global strategic objectives
- In your role you'll design and operationalize international process requirements and ensure appropriate documentation
- You'll keep an eye on continuous improvement opportunities within your area of expertise, including the identification of automation opportunities
- In addition you'll collect and evaluate business requirements and propose necessary system changes to the International IT department (ADX)
- You'll develop system requirements for new process initiatives in strong collaboration with the International IT department (ADX)
- You'll establish a harmonized KPI framework to measure global performance
- As part of your role, you'll demonstrate expertise in organizational change and communication to enhance project success
- You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support global finance processes
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have a relevant degree in business administration, financial accounting, project management or related fields
- Several years of professional experience in the financial accounting sector, ideally with a focus on process management or optimization
- Sound knowledge of international financial processes and systems (SAP)
- Ability to fostering growth collaboration
- Experienced in presenting recommendations, gaining consensus and generating excitement for new ideas
- Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a multinational and cross-functional context
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
- Willingness to be part of a new and growing team and the ability to shape the future of the GPO team
- Comfortable in a ‘start-up’ environment where processes, responsibilities and structure are still evolving

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
