It is close to many university buildings. The "Hauptuniversität" is 10 min away and the medical university, as well as the law university are both 10-15 min. away.

Convenience stores such as Spar, Hofer and even Billa (which is also open on Sundays) are also right around the corner.
The U4 Metro is a minutes walk away from the apartment and the Trams 5, 33 and D are a few minutes away.

The apartment was renovated 2 years ago (new electricity, new parquet in the main room and a beautiful granite floor in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, freshly painted, new kitchen utensils and new furniture).
