Six Sigma Black Belt (f/m/x)

In this role you will be leading specified investigations, problem solving or improvement projects/programs in different business areas in Vienna (Production Sites, Engineering and Manufacturing Science). All engagements within those areas will be based on a highly collaborative approach by mastering lean six sigma methodologies and tools.

Your new Opportunity:

  • Lead and drive complex investigations and rapid response task forces by applying analytical / Black Belt skills (Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies/DMAIC process)
  • Run and drive major improvement programs (such as Right First Time initiatives, Discard Reduction Programs)
  • Partner with Operational Excellence colleagues to train and coach Six Sigma Green Belts, Lean Leaders, and Sponsors
  • Reports to either Manufacturing Science, Engineering or Business Excellence

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black
  • Proven expertise in delivering sustainable results using statistical analysis tools, project management, Lean and Six Sigma methods
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Preferably advanced degree in a technical or scientific discipline
  • Results-oriented and clear communication at all levels of the organization
  • At least basic GMP knowledge
  • Excellent command of English and German

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 4.369,11 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
