Senior Staff Product Definition Engineer AI Applications (f/m/div)

Join Infineon's Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team to drive next-generation power semiconductor solutions for AI applications. You will define product requirements, collaborate with R&D and customers, and validate prototypes for high-performance systems.

Your Role

  • Define product requirements for next-gen wide bandgap discrete solutions (650V, 750V, 950V CoolSiC™)
  • Act as technical partner for R&D and customers, ensuring design-in success
  • Develop product roadmaps and technical content
  • Lead hardware validation, testing, and benchmarking

Your Profile

  • Master's in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics focus)
  • 5+ years in semiconductor/power electronics, AI applications experience
  • Expertise in Si/SiC/GaN devices and power conversion topologies
  • Customer-centric approach with travel willingness
  • Hands-on hardware design (SPICE, PCB layout, prototyping)
  • Excellent English communication skills

We offer competitive salaries per Austrian collective agreement (EEI group H) with 14 monthly payments. Compensation varies based on experience.
