In the Global Products Group, we drive innovation in design and engineering of Lam's etch and deposition products. As a Product Engineer, you will lead end-to-end development of polymer and resin systems for semiconductor equipment using additive manufacturing (AM). You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to solve challenges, define problems, and deliver solutions.

  • Lead development, scale-up, and commercialization of organic/polymeric materials for AM technologies (DLP, SLA, SLS, MJP)
  • Formulate UV-curable resins and manage transition to industrial production
  • Serve as SME for AM materials, processes, and vendor selection
  • Develop AM process/material specifications and provide technical training
  • Partner with legal teams to build AM IP portfolio

Preferred qualifications include experience with AM ceramic slurry formulation, Lean Six Sigma, DOE, FMEA, and structured problem-solving.

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry (occupation group G). Salary is negotiated based on education, expertise, and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
