International Clinical Study Manager (f/m/d)

Challenging international management role based in Vienna

Your responsibilities:

Development, execution and management of clinical studies on an international level
Performing management activities, from project/study start (pre-study phase) to project/study closure
Project management, planning of budget and resources, controlling
Development of trial documents accordingly (e.g., study protocol, master informed consent and other patient facing materials, clinical study reports, clinical evaluations, publications etc.)
Responsible for a strong and trustful collaboration with several internal stakeholders, functional outsourcing vendors, investigators and other external partners in assigned studies
Accountable for executing risk management plans for assigned studies
Tracking the trial implementation, data collection and study reporting
Ensuring the timeliness and quality of study deliverables in accordance with SOPs, GCP guidelines and local regulations

Preferred qualifications:

Graduation in natural sciences
Profound experience in clinical trial processes and operations in the pharmaceutical industry
Good knowledge of GCP regulations and guidelines
Ability to lead, engage and build relationships across an international matrix team
Excellent project and programme management know-how
Strong analytical skills with an ability to prioritise complex outcomes
Fluency in written and spoken English

Competitive salary package: a legal minimum wage of € 70.000,- gross/year plus adequate overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification and experience of the candidate
